-We offer both Fixed and Variable Interest Rates.

-We have Variable Repayment Terms available.

-A maximum of up to 100% Loan To Value on Feed. 

Program Guidelines 

-Funds are available immediately up to the amount of your pre-approved credit limit.

-We prefer that Operating Lines of Credit be made in conjunction with a Cow loan.

-Our minimum preferred Credit Score is 650.

-We prefer CPA generated Tax Returns and Financials.

-A minimum of  3 years in business is preferred.

-Payments are required to be made through a milk assignment.
